"Positive Patient Identification and IDN Single Medical Record Number"
According to PricewaterhouseCoopers Health Industry Group, 76% of healthcare executives say information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) will be their biggest asset in the next five years. The key to this information is correct identification of the patient and medical records. This presentation addresses the coordination and standardization of data access for multiple facilities leading toward a singular, corporate medical record identification with consistent and accurate clinical and demographic data.
